Corporate workshop in the VITA project WP2 module
On December 10, 2025, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., an online corporate workshop was held as part of the VITA project WP2 module on the Microsoft Teams platform.

During the VITA project, two areas of vocational training were selected—IT and art (creative sector)—and the project team contacted companies and professionals working in these fields. The primary goal of the workshop was to identify the skills and competencies related to artificial intelligence that the labor market expects from young professionals starting their careers.
The workshop focused on the design of the WP2.2 learning content. Within this framework, the participants jointly examined:
• how artificial intelligence is currently used in different industries,
• how job profiles are changing,
• and what competencies need to be developed in vocational training students to remain competitive in the long term in an AI-driven labor market.
The workshop was opened by Helén Hegedüs, who presented the three-step model of the VITA project and described the four work packages (WP1–WP4)
In his presentation, he summarized the main lessons learned from the WP1 and WP2 activities and results that have already been implemented.
