New student grant system (technical school, first profession):

HUF 8,000 per month in the 13th grade and HUF 16,000 (current amount for the academic year 2022/2023) after a successful sectoral basic exam.

In the 14th grade: performance-based amount between  HUF 16,000 and  HUF 59,000, depending on results. In addition, in case of a successful final exam students are given a one-time career start support (depending on results, between  HUF 130,000 and 302,000.)

What do business administration clerks do?

Business administration clerks usually work in the SME sector, but they can also manage their tasks efficiently at large companies. They have all the sufficient knowledge necessary for the successful operation and economic support of a business. Thus, they are also capable of managing a business themselves.

Tasks and responsibilities of business administration clerks include, for instance:

  • contribution to the fulfillment of the company’s financial tasks based on professional guidance,
  • in accordance with management guidelines, participation in the preparation of company regulations and monitoring their changes,
  • performing administrative tasks,
  • keeping records of orders, contracts and incoming invoices,
  • performing tasks related to accounting and monitoring within the company,
  • preparing company declarations, submitting them electronically after permission & approval and participation in the administration of official inspections,
  • performing tasks related to sales,
  • being aware of current legal and economic basics,
  • preparing, managing and organising records related to labor management,
  • dealing with employment contracts and, if necessary, making changes to them,
  • registering personal documents of employees and keeping them up-to-date,
  • managing electronic records and documents related to projects,
  • knowing office software packages and being able to type faster than anyone else,
  • supporting company processes with a high degree of precision and problem-solving skills,
  • being in contact with new and existing clients and colleagues in writing, orally and in person,
